Description

The Bodytone Nexion T60L is a professional treadmill with a 4.0 HP AC motor, a 155 by 55 cm running surface and motorised incline over fifteen levels. It is the LED console version of the Nexion cardio line, specified where a club wants the mechanical platform without paying for a touchscreen.

The motor is the part that decides whether a treadmill survives commercial use. An AC motor of 4.0 HP is sized for continuous running rather than intermittent domestic use, and it is what allows the belt to hold speed under a heavy user at low pace, which is the condition that destroys underpowered machines. Top speed is 22 km/h, enough for interval work as well as walking and jogging, and maximum user weight is 150 kg.

The running surface measures 155 by 55 cm, a width that suits taller members and reduces the tendency to run to one side. Incline is motorised across fifteen levels, so gradient work is programmed rather than improvised. The LED console reports speed, distance, time and calories, which covers what most members actually read during a session.

Specifying a treadmill row

Treadmills are the first machines a member uses and the ones that break first, so a cardio row is usually planned around the motor rating and the service access rather than the console. The T60L gives a club the motor and the belt of a commercial machine at the price of a simpler display, which is the right trade in a site where members bring their own phone and headphones.

Allow the safety run off behind each machine required by the installation guidance, plus lateral clearance for a user stepping off mid session and access to a power supply per unit. A siting plan with the row spacing and electrical requirements is issued with the quotation once we have your room drawing. We deliver to France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, quote export per project, and dispatch within five to ten working days from stock.

Frequently asked questions

Why an AC motor rather than DC?

AC motors hold torque better at sustained load and tolerate continuous duty, which is what a treadmill in a club faces. DC motors are common on domestic machines with short daily run times.

What is the difference between the T60L and the touchscreen models?

The console. The LED version reports the core training data; the touchscreen versions add streaming and remote management, at a higher price for the same mechanical platform.

Is 150 kg user capacity a hard limit?

It is the manufacturer’s stated maximum and should be respected, both for warranty and for belt and deck life. Sites expecting heavier users should tell us at the quotation stage.
