Bodytone Nexion connected cardio
Bodytone Nexion connected cardio : notre sélection professionnelle
Nexion is the Bodytone connected cardio line for commercial gyms: treadmills, bikes and cardio machines with connected consoles, built for intensive use in professional facilities. The consoles are the distinguishing feature, since they carry the member experience and the data that a club uses to retain members. Light In Fitness is a Bodytone distributor in France and prepares a quotation matched to the configuration of your cardio floor.
What the line covers and what to check
The range covers treadmills, upright and recumbent bikes and other cardio stations, all specified for continuous commercial duty. Three items decide whether a connected cardio floor works in practice: the console interface, the connectivity standard, and the electrical provision on site. Connectivity has to be verified against the club management platform before ordering, since integration varies between software providers.
| Item to check | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Console type and language | Drives member usability and staff training time |
| Connectivity standard | Determines integration with your platform and wearables |
| Electrical provision | Powered machines need dedicated outlets sized per circuit |
| Network coverage | Connected consoles depend on stable coverage at the machine |
| Spare part support | Consoles and belts are the parts most often replaced |
Installation and compliance
Plan dedicated socket outlets before delivery and check the load per circuit against the number of machines. Allow clearance behind treadmills and beside cross trainers, which catalogue footprints do not include. Rubber gym flooring tiles under a cardio row reduce vibration transmission to floors below. Indoor equipment falls under EN 957, published as EN ISO 20957, and warranty runs from 2 to 5 years depending on the range. For the full cardio offer see cardio equipment.
Frequently asked questions
Do connected consoles require a network connection?
The machines work without a network, but the connected functions do not, so coverage at the machine position has to be verified rather than assumed. Metal equipment and concrete walls both attenuate wireless signal. Check coverage at the exact positions on the layout before installation.
Can Nexion machines be mixed with existing cardio equipment?
Physically yes, and clubs frequently do this when replacing a floor in phases. The limitation is data: mixing brands usually means two console ecosystems and two sets of member data unless the club platform aggregates both. Confirm that point with your software provider before phasing.
Send us your cardio floor plan and your club platform, and we will return a Nexion specification with prices. Request a quotation for a reply within 24 working hours.
