Description
The Gold Line FIT is a professional treadmill with a 3.0 kW AC motor peaking at 4.5 HP, a 580 by 1600 mm running surface and automatic incline from 0 to 15 per cent. The motor rating is what makes it a commercial machine rather than a heavy domestic one.
A 3.0 kW AC motor holds speed under a heavy user at low pace, which is the condition that kills underpowered treadmills, and it takes the belt to 24 km/h for interval work. The deck is self lubricating and maintenance free, sitting 30 to 40 mm above the frame, a running height chosen to feel natural rather than raised.
Stability comes from the geometry. The support columns are triangular, the most stable arrangement available, and the side rails slope inwards so a user drifting sideways is guided back to the centre of the belt. The handrail is dual injection moulded TPR, soft to the touch and non slip. The frame carries PVC insulation, leaving very little surface exposed to perspiration and the corrosion that follows it.
The console is an LED display with a 0.56 inch readout and an 8 by 8 dot matrix, showing time, speed, incline, heart rate, distance and calories. It carries six exercise programmes, three custom programmes and one heart rate controlled programme, with an intelligent heart rate test system. A USB port, headphone socket, fan and Bluetooth audio output are fitted, along with an emergency stop, front transport wheels and adjustable rear feet.

Installing a treadmill row
Treadmills need more planning than any other cardio machine. Allow the run off distance behind each unit set out in the installation guidance, lateral clearance for a user stepping off, and a power supply per machine. Front transport wheels and adjustable rear feet make positioning and levelling straightforward on uneven floors.
Noise and vibration are worth addressing at the same time, particularly above occupied space. A siting plan covering row spacing, electrical requirements and the recommended floor build up is issued with the quotation once we have your room drawing. We deliver to France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, quote export per project, and dispatch within five to ten working days from stock.
Frequently asked questions
Why is the running surface width important?
580 mm gives a taller runner room to move without correcting their line, which reduces the tendency to run to one edge and wear the belt unevenly.
What does a self lubricating deck save?
The periodic waxing that conventional decks require. On a fleet of machines that is a meaningful reduction in service labour.
How does the heart rate controlled programme work?
The machine adjusts speed and incline to hold the user at a target heart rate read from the contact sensors, which suits members training to a prescribed zone.
