Description
The Bodytone slam ball 15 kg is the explosive-strength step of the impact-ball park: heavy slams and trunk power work for confirmed practitioners, between the 10 kg class loads and the 20 kg athlete ball. Reinforced no-bounce shell, 64.00 EUR excluding VAT.
Built for repeated full-power impacts
A slam ball exists to be thrown into the floor as hard as possible. The reinforced envelope takes vertical slams, rotational throws and ground strikes without deforming, and the dead-blow behaviour kills any rebound, so the ball stops where it lands instead of bouncing back at shins and neighbours. At 15 kg, each repetition is a genuine expression of hip and trunk power.
Programming the 15 kg ball
- Heavy vertical slams in short explosive sets for confirmed practitioners
- Rotational throws building trunk power for sport preparation
- Finisher blocks: controlled, high-intent outlet work at session end
- Bridges the 10 kg and 20 kg steps in a complete park

Frequently asked questions
Who should slam 15 kg?
Confirmed practitioners working explosive strength: heavy slams and power throws in short series. Lighter balls in the range serve mixed classes; the 20 kg tops the park for athletes.
Why not slam a medicine ball instead?
Because only a slam ball is built for repeated floor projections: a medicine ball deforms under slams and can rebound dangerously. The two tools are not interchangeable.
