Bodytone Wall Ball 12 kg — Heavy Soft Medicine Ball

In brief — Bodytone Wall Ball 12 kg: weight 12 kg, brand Bodytone, distributed by Light In Fitness, price 76.00 € excl. VAT.

The Bodytone wall ball 12 kg is the strength step of the wall-ball family: a load beyond common class standards, aimed at athletic preparation, confirmed athletes and heavy variants of the wall-ball shot. Its wide, soft shell absorbs every catch, and it is priced at 76.00 EUR excluding VAT.

Purpose-built for the wall-ball shot

The wall-ball shot chains a full squat into an overhead throw against a target, then a controlled catch back into the next squat. It is one of the emblematic movements of cross training, present in benchmark WODs, and it demands a specific tool: a large-diameter ball with a soft envelope that cushions the catch instead of jarring wrists and chest.

Why 12 kg

• A deliberate step above the usual class loads, for strength-focused shot variants
• Athletic preparation: rugby, handball and combat-sport conditioning
• Short, heavy sets where power output matters more than pace
• Pairs with the neighbouring 9 kg ball in a complete facility park

Frequently asked questions

Who should train with a 12 kg wall ball?

Confirmed athletes and coaches running physical preparation blocks. For general classes, lighter balls remain the standard; the 12 kg version adds a strength option to the park.

Wall ball or medicine ball: what is the difference?

The wall ball is larger and softer, made to be thrown high and caught; the compact medicine ball serves rotation and close-range work. The two families complement each other on a functional floor.
