The all-audience ball of the functional park
Three kilograms is the load coaches can hand to an entire mixed class without screening: enough resistance to make trunk rotations, presses and partner passes meaningful, light enough for high repetitions and reactive catches. Its compact body, unlike the wide wall ball, keeps the load close to the trunk where rotational work belongs, and unlike a slam ball it is not meant for full-power floor impacts.
