Construction and finish

High-grade steel, shot-blasted and hot-dip galvanised, then double-coated in weather-resistant polyester powder. They are a matched pair working opposite directions. The D06R+WS presses forward and loads the chest and front of the shoulder; the D07R+WS opens outwards and loads the rear deltoids and mid-back. The D07R+WS also has a folding seat, whereas the chest press has no seat at all. Installing both gives a balanced upper-body circuit.

Does the folding seat need to be locked?

The mechanism holds in both positions without a tool and without a key, so a user can change it unaided. That is deliberate: an accessible station that needs staff intervention is not accessible in practice.

What inspection regime applies?
