Description
The SP Max is an 11 m long outdoor training cage measuring 1 117 by 792 by 363 cm, with an 88 m2 footprint and a 139.5 m2 regulatory safety area. What separates it from the rest of the range is that it carries dedicated modules for four disciplines on one structure: street workout, advanced calisthenics, Ninja Warrior and outdoor CrossFit. Load bearing tubes are 114 mm diameter steel in 3.2 to 3.6 mm wall thickness, finished in Super Durable powder coating over a zinc primer applied inside and outside the tube. Certified PN-EN 16630:2015 and warranted for 6 years, it is priced at 26 000 EUR excluding VAT and is built for competitions and simultaneous multi discipline classes.

Foundations, surfacing and maintenance schedule
Each post sits in a BW-F-01 foundation of 30 by 30 by 50 cm in C16/20 concrete, about 90 kg of concrete per post, which is modest groundwork for a structure of this size. The bigger commitment is the surfacing: with a maximum critical fall height of 3.63 m, EN 1177 compliant impact attenuating surfacing rated for that height is required across the 139.5 m2 safety area, and the safety area is the figure to plan the plot around, not the 88 m2 occupied by the frame.
The corrosion protection is worth reading closely, because it is where cheaper cages cut cost. Tubes are galvanised steel and then powder coated with a Super Durable epoxy over a zinc primer applied to the inside as well as the outside of the tube, which is what protects against condensation attacking the section from within. Full galvanising is available as an option for the most exposed sites. All hardware is galvanised and the bearings are maintenance free.
Ongoing upkeep follows three levels: a regular visual check, a functional check and an annual inspection by an approved Light In Fitness centre. Spare parts are listed in the manufacturer catalogue, so a worn grip or bearing is replaced rather than triggering a structural repair. The 6 year warranty covers manufacturing defects and mechanical damage under normal use.
Frequently asked questions
What does covering four disciplines mean in practice?
Multi grip pull up bars, dips and parallel bars for street workout; gymnastic rings, high bars for muscle ups and clear space for front and back lever work for advanced calisthenics; climbing obstacles, varied grips, an aerial route and a climbing rope for Ninja Warrior; and TRX and strap anchor points with a clear floor zone for bodyweight WODs. Most outdoor cages are not designed for the CrossFit side at all.
Who is it for, and who should choose a smaller cage?
The SP Max earns its price where one structure has to serve several disciplines at the same time, typically a municipal sports park, a club running multi discipline classes or a site hosting competitions. If your users practise a single discipline, a smaller single purpose cage will do the job for less.
Are there age or size restrictions?
Yes. The structure is specified for users aged 14 and over with a minimum height of 140 cm, and a maximum user weight of 120 kg. Those limits should appear on the site signage.
