Description
The BL-CR3 is a complete outdoor street workout cage with multiple work positions on a single weatherproof frame. It belongs to our latest generation of outdoor cages, built to stay in service through every season without seasonal removal or repainting.
The cage supports the full street workout and outdoor fitness repertoire: athletic strength, weightlifting technique, gymnastics, agility and endurance. Pull up work is the core of the structure, with several bar heights and grip positions, and the frame accepts additional accessories so an operator can turn the base cage into a much more complete multifunctional station over time. That upgrade path is the practical argument for a public buyer: the initial installation fits the first budget, and the work positions are added as usage grows rather than requiring a second structure.
Material specification is what determines lifespan outdoors. Cold formed steel tube provides high tensile strength with a corrosion resistant internal coating. The tubes receive hot dip zinc, a chromate conversion coating, washing and sanitising, then an oven baked powder coat that bonds molecularly to the steel. The super durable polyester topcoat carries light stable pigments for UV stability and fade resistance, and stainless steel components are used where rust and corrosion protection matters most.

Building an outdoor training area in stages
Most municipal and corporate outdoor fitness projects are delivered across more than one budget year. A cage that accepts accessories later lets you install the structure, the foundations and the surfacing in phase one, then add parallel bars, plyometric modules or additional grips in phase two without disturbing the ground works. That sequencing also spreads the inspection and maintenance burden, since the anchorage and surfacing are already documented from the first installation. Free access sites fall under EN 16630, with a peripheral safety zone and an EN 1177 impact absorbing surface sized against the free height of fall. Anchorage is on base plates set into concrete foundations, or fixed to an existing slab. We supply the implantation study and the anchorage drawing on request.
