Description
The XXL street workout rig groups six training activities on a single galvanised and powder coated steel frame, for outdoor calisthenics areas used intensively. It is supplied as a complete set: monkey bars, double pull-up bars, parallel bars, long and short suspension ring anchors, an abdominal bench and a double climbing lattice. The combination covers pull-ups, dips, press-ups, muscle-ups, core work and climbing progressions on one structure. The list price is 11,500 EUR excluding VAT.
The frame is built from steel with galvanised, powder coated posts, a combination chosen for permanent outdoor exposure. Colours can be customised to the specification of the site.

Designing a street workout area around this rig
A six activity rig of this size is normally the centrepiece of a municipal calisthenics area rather than an add-on. The monkey bars and the double climbing lattice generate the highest free fall heights on the structure, so they set the thickness of the EN 1177 impact absorbing surface for the whole zone. Plan circulation so that the swinging activities do not overlap the landing area of the pull-up and dip stations.
Typical projects are town and city sports parks, university and school campuses, military and fire service training grounds, campsites and holiday residences. Because six activities can be used at once, the rig suits circuit formats run by a coach as well as open access during the day. Light In Fitness produces the frame in Tours and can adapt the colour scheme to an existing site identity.
Frequently asked questions
How many people can train on the rig at the same time?
The six activities are independent, so a coached group can rotate through the stations in waves. Exact station capacity and the recommended group size are confirmed on the layout drawing issued with the quotation.
What surface is required underneath?
An impact absorbing surface to EN 1177 is required for freely accessible installations, with the thickness set by the free fall height of the highest activity. Bonded rubber gym flooring tiles of 40 to 65 mm are the usual solution; artificial turf over a shock pad is an alternative on landscaped sites.
What are the overall dimensions and the delivery time?
Overall dimensions and the anchor bolt layout are supplied with the free site layout study, because the ground plan depends on the orientation chosen for the six activities. Shipping runs 5 to 10 working days from stock, with delivery to France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg; export is costed per project.
