Description
The BL-ACR4 is a large outdoor street workout cage measuring 11.30 x 3.65 x 3.24 m, built for group training on a single structure. It combines athletic strength work, weightlifting movements, gymnastics, agility and endurance in one footprint, and it is dimensioned so that several users can work pull-ups and bodyweight movements at the same time rather than queueing. Accessories can be added to the frame to extend the exercise catalogue. The list price is 8,200 EUR excluding VAT.
The corrosion protection is what sets this generation apart. Tubes are cold formed for high tensile strength and carry a corrosion resistant inner coating; they then receive a hot dip zinc coating and a chromate conversion coating, are washed and sanitised, and finally take an oven cured powder coating for a strong molecular bond to the tube.

Why the coating process matters on a public site
Outdoor street workout equipment does not usually fail structurally. It fails cosmetically, at the coating, and once corrosion starts under a paint film the repair is a full strip and recoat. The multi stage treatment used here, zinc, chromate conversion, wash and sanitise, then baked powder, is designed to prevent that sequence starting. The Super Durable polyester top coat adds UV stability, so the colour holds instead of chalking after two summers.
For a local authority this translates directly into the maintenance line of the budget. At 11.30 m long and 3.24 m high, the BL-ACR4 is a structuring piece of equipment for a public fitness area, not an add-on, and it will normally stay in place for the life of the site. Plan the EN 16630 safety zone of at least 1.50 m around the frame and an impact absorbing surface to EN 1177 sized on the free fall height, using bonded rubber gym flooring tiles or artificial turf over a shock pad.
The cage suits municipal fitness areas, school and university campuses, military and fire service training grounds, campsites and residences. Light In Fitness has manufactured and installed this type of structure from Tours since 2013 and will issue a free layout study for your ground.
Frequently asked questions
How much ground does the cage need in total?
The structure itself occupies 11.30 by 3.65 m. Add the 1.50 m safety zone on every side to obtain the minimum area to reserve, which the layout study confirms against the survey of your site.
Can accessories be added later?
Yes. The frame is designed to accept additional accessories, so the station can be made more complete as the programme develops rather than being fixed at purchase.
What maintenance does the coating need?
Routine cleaning and a periodic inspection of the fixings. The multi layer treatment is specified so that no repainting cycle is planned into the life of the equipment. Shipping runs 5 to 10 working days from stock and quotations are returned within 24 working hours.
