Description
The BW FIT S01 training station is an outdoor calisthenics frame built around a 12 rung climbing zone, wall bar sections and dedicated suspension training areas. It is fabricated from 3 mm wall square steel tube drilled along its length, which is what allows accessories and grips to be repositioned rather than fixed once. The station supports bodyweight work, dynamic movements and training with added load, on its own or combined with suspension trainers and free weights. It is certified to PN-EN 16630 and the list price is 10,500 EUR excluding VAT.

How the S01 is used in a professional setting
The value of this station for an operator is that it turns a small footprint into a coached class rather than a solo apparatus. The three zones work in rotation: one group climbs, one works the wall bars, one trains in suspension. That structure suits functional class formats, physical preparation blocks and outdoor sessions run by a personal trainer, where the coach needs several parallel workstations rather than one queue.
Because the tubes are drilled, the same frame accepts suspension trainers, resistance bands and load bearing accessories, so the exercise catalogue grows with the coaching team rather than being fixed at purchase. Installation is straightforward in a studio, a garden, a park or a courtyard, and the frame can be customised on request to match the colours and identity of the site.
The maximum load figure of 120 kg should be read as the per user working limit and checked against your member profile if the station is intended for open access. Light In Fitness has manufactured and supplied professional fitness equipment from Tours since 2013 and will issue a free layout study before ordering.
Frequently asked questions
What does PN-EN 16630 certification cover?
EN 16630 is the European standard for permanently installed outdoor fitness equipment. Certification to it is what allows a station to be installed with free public access on a municipal site, and it is normally a condition of public tenders. It covers structural strength, entrapment and the safety zone around the equipment.
Can the station be used with other equipment?
Yes. The drilled square tube frame is designed to accept suspension trainers and added load, and it can be used with no accessories at all for pure bodyweight training. This is what makes it workable for mixed ability groups in the same session.
What space and surfacing does it need?
Overall dimensions and the safety zone are supplied with the free site layout study, since the ground plan depends on the orientation chosen for the climbing and suspension zones. For freely accessible outdoor installations an impact absorbing surface to EN 1177 is required, with the thickness set by the free fall height. Shipping runs 5 to 10 working days from stock.
