Description
The red 15 mm rubber tile — 100 × 100 cm, 13.5 kg, 900 kg/m³ high-density recycled SBR — puts colour to work on a gym floor: marking zones, energising a training space and carrying a club’s visual identity into the flooring itself. Anti-slip, impact-absorbing and rated for indoor and outdoor use, at 23 EUR excluding VAT per tile.
Colour as floor language
On a commercial floor, red is a signal: it delimits high-intensity areas, marks safety margins around equipment and draws the eye to the functional zone of the room. Because each tile covers exactly one square metre, zoning is planned tile by tile on the floor plan — a red training lane, a red perimeter around a rig — and the marking never wears off, since the colour is the tile itself rather than paint.
- 100 × 100 cm format — zoning planned per square metre
- 15 mm high-density recycled SBR, 900 kg/m³
- Fine-grain anti-slip surface for stable, safe footing
- Damps impact and vibration, reduces noise from jumps and weights
- Fire classification Efl; weather-resistant for outdoor areas
- Range thicknesses on request: 15 to 40 mm
Performance under the colour
The build is the same high-density training tile as the rest of the range: recycled SBR granulate pressed to 900 kg/m³, absorbing the impacts and vibrations of training while protecting slab and equipment. Indicatively, 15 mm high-density SBR attenuates impact noise by around 18 to 20 dB (ΔLw, ISO 10140-3 type tests) depending on base and installation — adequate for machine zones and strength work without bar drops.
Where it is used
Fitness clubs and cross-training boxes for zoning, outdoor health trails and ninja-warrior courses where colour codes the stations, and home gyms, workshops or garages where a durable, easy-clean surface is wanted. Cleaning is a vacuum or damp mop; keep oils and greases away from the rubber.

Frequently asked questions
How is red typically combined with the other colours?
Most plans use grey or black as the main field and red for zones, lanes and safety perimeters. The range’s grey, blue and green tiles share identical dimensions and build, so colours mix seamlessly in a single laying pattern.
Does the colour fade outdoors?
The tile is rated for indoor and outdoor use and the colour runs through the granulate, so the marking function survives wear — unlike painted lines that need periodic recoating.
What about zones with heavy free-weight drops?
Specify a thicker tile from the same range — up to 40 mm on request — for drop zones, and keep the 15 mm red for zoning and general training areas. The quotation splits thicknesses by zone.
