Description
The Nordic Fishermen’s Nets recreate the sweeping green nets of a traditional fishing harbour on a monumental scale: 30.1 x 26.3 m of suspended climbing terrain rising to 9.0 m, crowned by a nest-shaped lookout at 4.0 m. It is one of the largest rope playscapes in our range – an entire playground in a single certified structure.
A harbour-scale aerial playscape
Children aged 5 to 14 roam across broad tensioned nets as if scrambling over drying fishing nets, climbing twelve ropes and three rope ladders towards the central nest lookout. Two trampolines with 10 mm reinforced rubber mats add bounce at ground level, and three flag masts complete the maritime scenery. The sheer surface area lets whole school classes play simultaneously, making the structure ideal for major parks, coastal promenades and destination playgrounds.
