Description
Ten extra centimetres of width, and floor work stops feeling cramped. The 120 x 60 cm gains 10 cm in width over the compact format, which makes a concrete difference in lying work and lateral movement without adding to the storage footprint. With integrated eyelets and a moulded surface, it is a sound balance for a high-turnover gym fleet.
Moulded surface, eyelets fitted as standard
The moulded relief provides the grip; the eyelets let the mat be hung after cleaning, which is what makes it dry quickly and keeps a fleet in circulation. Laser marking is available for customisation. See the rest of the range under moulded surface mats.
Thickness and comfort
10 mm suits core work, stretching and standard floor classes. 20 mm gives more comfort for prolonged kneeling work or on bony contact points, at the cost of a larger storage footprint. Both thicknesses exist in this range, so the choice is a question of programme rather than of quality.
Materials and information not published
Material, density, weight and fire classification are supplied on request. These figures can be asked for in a public-access building, so request the full data sheet if your facility is subject to that. No performance figure is published for this reference beyond what appears in the table below.

Which facilities is it for?
Group classes and studios – a self-service mat fleet. Formats from 120 to 180 cm cover the whole range of floor classes: core work, stretching, Pilates, strengthening, mobility. A uniform fleet makes storage, counting and unit replacement straightforward.
Weights room – stretching and core zone. An individual mat avoids direct contact with the gym floor and improves perceived hygiene. It is an inexpensive item that weighs on member satisfaction.
Physiotherapy, rehabilitation and conditioning. Supervised floor work needs a mat that is stable, cleanable and wide enough. The 60 cm width suits prolonged lying work.
Branding for the facility. A logo, printed or engraved depending on the model, turns a consumable into a brand asset visible in every class and in the gym’s own communication images.
What to know before ordering
The price is per unit, not per m2. Each reference is one mat, in a given format and thickness. Budget on the number of mats in the fleet, not on a surface area.
Customisation drives the lead time and the minimum order. A printed or engraved logo means a dedicated production run. Send us your vectorised logo to find out the lead time, the minimum quantity and the finish that apply to your order.
Plan the storage at the same time as the mats. A fleet with nowhere to go ends up stacked in a corner and wears out faster. The storage trolley and the wall brackets are part of this range and are ordered with the mats.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the smooth and the moulded surface?
The smooth surface with rounded edges takes a printed logo and gives a plain finish. The moulded surface has a non-slip relief, hanging eyelets and laser marking. The moulded model hangs and dries faster after cleaning; the smooth model gives a cleaner finish.
Are the eyelets included?
They are fitted as standard on moulded surface mats. On smooth surface mats they are an option charged at 1.40 EUR excluding VAT per mat.
Which format should I choose for a group class?
The 140 x 60 cm and 160 x 60 cm are the most versatile formats for an adult working on the floor. The 120 x 50 cm stays compact for constrained spaces and circuits; the 180 x 60 cm suits taller users and full lying work.
How do I store a mat fleet?
Two complementary solutions: the storage trolley, which takes twenty 10 mm mats, and the wall brackets, which hang eyeleted mats and free up floor space. Both are in this range.
What maintenance does it need?
Wipe with soapy water or a compatible surface disinfectant, then dry flat or hanging. In collective use, cleaning after every slot is the recommended practice.
