Description
The 160 x 60 cm moulded mat covers full lying work while keeping the suspension eyelets and the non-slip relief. It is the format to specify for physiotherapy, rehabilitation and strength and conditioning work, where the mat is used for long supervised floor sessions rather than a few minutes of stretching.
Moulded surface, eyelets and laser marking
The moulded surface carries a relief that grips under the hand and the foot, so the mat stays put during transitions. The suspension eyelets are integrated as standard: mats hang on wall brackets, drain and dry faster after cleaning, and stop being stacked damp on top of each other. Marking is done by laser and can be personalised with your logo.
Where it is used
Group classes and studios – a self-service mat fleet. Formats from 120 to 180 cm cover the whole range of floor classes: core work, stretching, Pilates, conditioning, mobility. A consistent fleet makes storage, counting and unit replacement straightforward.
Weight rooms – the stretching and core area. An individual mat avoids direct contact with the gym floor and improves perceived hygiene. It is an inexpensive item that weighs on member satisfaction out of all proportion to its price.
Physiotherapy, rehabilitation and conditioning. Supervised floor work needs a mat that is stable, cleanable and wide enough. The 60 cm width suits prolonged lying work, and the 160 cm length covers an adult full length.
Branding. A logo, printed or engraved depending on the model, turns a consumable into a brand carrier that is visible in every class and in the facility communication images.

Before you order
The price is per unit, not per square metre. Each reference is one mat in a given format and thickness. Budget on the number of mats in the fleet, not on a surface area.
Thickness and comfort: 10 mm or 20 mm. 10 mm suits core work, stretching and standard floor classes. 20 mm gives more comfort for prolonged kneeling or work on bony contact points, at the cost of more storage space.
Personalisation drives lead time and minimum order. A printed or engraved logo means a dedicated production run. Send us your vectorised logo and we will confirm the lead time, the minimum quantity and the finish that apply to your order.
Material, density and fire classification are not published. These figures can be requested in premises open to the public. Ask us for the complete technical sheet if your facility is subject to them.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the smooth and the moulded surface?
The smooth surface with rounded edges takes a printed logo and has a plain finish. The moulded surface has a non-slip relief, suspension eyelets and laser marking. The moulded model hangs up and dries faster after cleaning; the smooth model gives a cleaner finish.
Are the eyelets included?
They are integrated as standard on moulded surface mats. On smooth surface mats they are an option charged at 1.40 EUR excluding VAT per mat.
Which format should be chosen for a group class?
140 x 60 cm and 160 x 60 cm are the most versatile formats for an adult doing floor work. The 120 x 50 cm stays compact for tight spaces and circuits; the 180 x 60 cm suits taller users and full lying work.
How is a fleet of mats stored?
Two complementary solutions: the storage unit, which takes twenty 10 mm mats, and wall brackets, which hang mats by their eyelets and free up floor space. Both are in this range, alongside the moulded surface mats.
What maintenance does it need?
Wipe with soapy water or a compatible surface disinfectant, then dry flat or hung. In collective use, cleaning after every session is the recommended practice, which is exactly what the eyelets make quick.
