Description

Same price as the 120 x 60 cm, twenty centimetres more length: at equal budget, the 140 x 60 cm is the most favourable trade-off in the moulded range for adult floor work.

10 mm gym mat with moulded surface, 140 x 60 cm format

The extra length covers the whole body in supine work without the shoulders or the heels ending up on the gym floor. The only trade-off is the storage footprint. The moulded surface is non-slip, the suspension eyelets are fitted as standard, and the marking is laser applied and can be personalised.

Materials, personalisation and storage

The moulded relief gives grip and lets the mat dry faster after cleaning, hung by its eyelets. Personalisation – a logo printed or engraved depending on the model – turns a consumable into a brand asset visible in every class and in the gym communication images. It requires a dedicated production run, so send your vectorised logo with the enquiry to obtain the lead time, the minimum quantity and the finish that apply to your order. For the fleet itself, a storage unit holding twenty 10 mm mats and wall brackets for mats with eyelets are both available in this range.

What is it for?

Group classes and studios – a self-service mat fleet. Formats from 120 to 180 cm cover the whole range of floor classes: core work, stretching, Pilates, conditioning, mobility. A consistent fleet makes storage, counting and unit replacement straightforward.

Weights room – stretching and core area. An individual mat avoids direct contact with the gym floor and improves perceived hygiene. It is an inexpensive item that weighs heavily on member satisfaction.

Physiotherapy, rehabilitation and strength and conditioning. Supervised floor work calls for a stable, cleanable and sufficiently wide mat. The 60 cm width suits prolonged supine work.

Personalisation in the facility colours. A logo, printed or engraved depending on the model, is visible in every class and in the images the gym publishes.

What to know before ordering

The price is per mat, not per m2. Each reference is one mat in a given format and thickness. The budget is worked out on the number of mats in the fleet, not on a surface.

Thickness and comfort: 10 mm or 20 mm. The 10 mm suits core work, stretching and everyday floor classes. The 20 mm gives more comfort for prolonged kneeling work or work on bony contact points, at the cost of a bigger storage footprint.

Personalisation drives the lead time and the minimum order. Send your vectorised logo to find out the lead time, the minimum quantity and the finish applicable to your order.

Material, density and fire classification are not published. These may be requested in public-access venues. Ask for the full technical data sheet if your facility is subject to them.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the smooth and the moulded surface?

The smooth surface with rounded edges takes a printed logo and has a plain finish. The moulded surface has a non-slip relief, suspension eyelets and laser marking. The moulded model hangs up and dries faster after cleaning; the smooth model gives a cleaner finish.

Are the eyelets included?

They are fitted as standard on moulded surface mats. On smooth surface mats they are an option charged at 1.40 EUR excluding VAT per mat.

Which format should I choose for a group class?

The 140 x 60 cm and the 160 x 60 cm are the most versatile formats for an adult working on the floor. The 120 x 50 cm stays compact for constrained spaces and circuits; the 180 x 60 cm suits taller users and full supine work.

How is a mat fleet stored?

Two complementary answers: the storage unit, which holds twenty 10 mm mats, and wall brackets, which hang mats by their eyelets and free up floor space. Both are in this range.

What maintenance does it need?

Wipe with soapy water or a compatible surface disinfectant, then dry flat or hung. In collective use, cleaning after each session is the recommended practice.
