Description
The mat that answers the two problems every studio actually has: storage and drying. Eyelets are built in from the start, so the mat hangs, dries quickly after cleaning and gives the floor back to the class. The moulded relief adds a grip that a smooth surface does not have. At 120 x 50 cm this is the most affordable reference in the range.
Built-in eyelets, not an add-on
On this moulded surface model the suspension eyelets are integrated in manufacture. Hung on a wall rack after a session, the mat drains and dries instead of sitting in a damp stack, which is what shortens the life of a mat fleet in a busy timetable.
A moulded surface with real grip
The moulded relief holds hands and feet during planks, stretching and floor conditioning, where a smooth surface can slide on a polished floor. Laser marking is available, so the mat can be personalised with your logo.
Materials and everyday use
10 mm thickness, 120 x 50 cm format, sold per mat. Wipe down with soapy water or a surface disinfectant, then dry flat or hanging. In shared use, cleaning after each time slot is the recommended practice.

Which facilities is it for?
Group classes and studios: a self-service mat fleet. Formats from 120 to 180 cm cover the whole floor class programme: core work, stretching, Pilates, strengthening and mobility. A consistent fleet makes storage, counting and unit replacement straightforward.
Weight rooms: the stretching and core area. An individual mat avoids direct contact with the gym floor and improves perceived hygiene. It is a low cost item that weighs heavily on member satisfaction.
Physiotherapy, rehabilitation and conditioning. Supervised floor work needs a mat that is stable, cleanable and wide enough. The 60 cm wide formats suit prolonged work lying down.
Branding in your own colours. A logo, printed or engraved depending on the model, turns a consumable into a brand carrier that is visible in every class and in the photographs used to promote the club.
What to know before ordering
The price is per mat, not per square metre. Each reference is one mat, in a given format and thickness. Budget on the number of mats in the fleet rather than on a floor area.
Thickness and comfort: 10 mm or 20 mm. The 10 mm suits core work, stretching and ordinary floor classes. The 20 mm gives better comfort for prolonged work on the knees or on bony contact points, at the cost of taking more room in storage.
Customisation drives the lead time and the minimum order. A printed or engraved logo requires a dedicated production run. Send us your vector logo to obtain the lead time, the minimum quantity and the finish that apply to your order.
Material, density and fire classification are not published. These figures can be requested in buildings open to the public. Ask us for the full technical data sheet if your facility is subject to them.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the smooth and the moulded surface?
The smooth surface with rounded edges takes a printed logo and has a plain finish. The moulded surface has a non-slip relief, suspension eyelets and laser marking. The moulded model hangs and dries faster after cleaning; the smooth model gives a cleaner finish.
Are the eyelets included?
They are integrated as standard on moulded surface mats. On smooth surface mats they are an option charged at 1.40 EUR excluding VAT per mat.
Which format should I choose for a group class?
The 140 x 60 cm and 160 x 60 cm are the most versatile formats for an adult working on the floor. The 120 x 50 cm stays compact for constrained spaces and circuits; the 180 x 60 cm suits taller users and full length lying work.
How do I store a fleet of mats?
Two complementary solutions: the storage unit, which holds twenty 10 mm mats, and wall brackets, which hang mats by their eyelets and free up the floor. Both are part of this range.
What maintenance does it need?
Wipe with soapy water or a compatible surface disinfectant, then dry flat or hanging. In shared use, cleaning after each time slot is the recommended practice.
