Description
The M360 is a complete cross training station measuring 4,808 by 4,385 by 2,540 mm, delivered with its full accessory package rather than as a bare frame. It is specified by cross training boxes, coaching studios and physical preparation centres that want one structure covering strength, conditioning, coordination and mobility for small group sessions.
The frame carries alternating monkey bars, a fixed peg board, wide pull up bars, a height adjustable dip station, paired anchor points for bands and straps, storage shelving for accessories and kettlebells, a universal double pulley with integrated weight, and a punch bag boom with its bag. The accessory package supplied with the cage includes gravity balls from 2 to 20 lb, double handle medicine balls in 6, 8, 10 and 12 lb, fitness balls in 65 and 75 cm, toning balls from 1 to 8 lb, a 1.5 by 12 m rope, three resistances of extreme training band and kettlebells from 5 to 45 lb. A rebounder station and dip handle are available depending on configuration.
In practice that means a coach can run a full circuit, pull ups, dips, squats, plyometric work, ball and band stations, cable work and bag rounds, without leaving the footprint of the cage or buying separate apparatus for each movement.

Running small group sessions on one station
The M360 is built around class flow rather than around individual training. With work positions spread across all four faces, a coach can allocate a group to each side and rotate on the clock, so the station absorbs a whole class without members queueing for a single bar. The nearly square footprint of roughly 21 square metres favours an island position in the centre of the room, giving access from every side and keeping walls free for storage and mirrors. Ceiling height should be checked against the 2,540 mm frame plus clearance for bar work above the top rail. Underneath, a weightlifting grade rubber gym flooring tile is the usual specification because kettlebells and medicine balls are part of the package. Quotations are issued within 24 working hours and shipping runs 5 to 10 working days from stock.
Frequently asked questions
How many athletes can train at once?
Capacity depends on the circuit programmed. The four faces give several simultaneous work positions, and we confirm a realistic class size against your room in the layout study.
Does the cage need fixing to the floor?
Fixing requirements depend on the slab and on the exercises programmed. The anchorage schedule is supplied with the implantation drawing.
Are the accessories replaceable?
Yes. Balls, bands, ropes and kettlebells are consumables in a busy box and are all available individually through our after sales department.
