Description
Accessibility in sport is not an option — it is a design requirement. The Chest & Shoulder Wheels Station BLH-1518 puts upper-body training within reach of every user, including wheelchair users, making it a cornerstone of inclusive fitness areas in parks, rehabilitation centres and gyms.

What the BLH-1518 does
n
Two ergonomic rotating wheels guide fluid, natural movements that work the shoulders, chest and arms. The station’s clearance height and open approach space were designed from the outset for use from a wheelchair as well as standing — the same unit serves every visitor, which is precisely what inclusive public design asks for.
n
- n

Three exercises, one station
n
Shoulder rotations — turn the wheels slowly clockwise, then reverse (3 x 30 seconds each direction) to improve mobility and release shoulder tension. Chest strengthening — push the wheels with constant pressure (3 x 15 repetitions) to work the pectorals and posture. Active stretching — slow, full-amplitude movements (3 x 1 minute) to stretch arms and shoulders gently. The same progressions suit trained athletes and users in gentle physical rehabilitation.
