Two wheels, two hands, one coordinated movement
The single wheel version of this station is worked with one hand at a time. This one has two, turned together. That changes what it trains: instead of a shoulder rotation, the user has to coordinate both arms simultaneously, either in the same direction or in opposition, which brings the trunk and the co-ordination system into the exercise.
The method remains immediate. Take hold of both wheels with both hands and turn them left or right, varying the speed to increase the intensity. Nothing is set and nothing has to be explained.

The station belongs to an inclusive outdoor range designed for people with disabilities and for anyone exercising from a wheelchair.
