Description
Not every station in a fitness area should be about effort — some should be about ease. The Taichi Trainer BLH-1515 reproduces the slow, circular movements of Tai Chi on two rotating discs, offering gentle joint mobilisation, coordination work and genuine relaxation to users standing or in a wheelchair.

Tai Chi principles, engineered into steel
n
Tai Chi’s value lies in slow, continuous, controlled motion. The BLH-1515’s two rotating discs guide exactly that: users turn them in smooth circles, mobilising shoulders, elbows and wrists without load or impact. Because the discs offer no abrupt resistance, the station is approachable for people who would never step onto conventional gym equipment — seniors, rehabilitation patients and complete beginners.

Suggested routine
n
Gentle rotation — turn the discs slowly clockwise, then reverse (3 x 30 seconds each way) to mobilise shoulders and wrists. Two-hand coordination — rotate both discs simultaneously in opposite directions (3 x 20 repetitions) to challenge concentration and bilateral coordination. Active stretch — slow, maximum-amplitude circles (2 x 1 minute) to release arm and shoulder tension. Practised regularly, the slow cadence also lowers stress — the reason Tai Chi stations are increasingly specified in health-oriented public spaces.
