Description
Two of strength training’s fundamental movements — the vertical pull and the horizontal press — share one accessible frame in the Lat Pull Down & Chest Press BLH-1512. Wheelchair users and standing users train back, chest, shoulders and arms on a single compact outdoor unit.

Push and pull on one footprint
n
Balanced upper-body training needs both a pull (lat pull down: back, shoulders, arms) and a push (chest press: pectorals, triceps, deltoids). Combining them halves the space and budget a facility must commit, while guaranteeing users a complete session at one stop. Controlled movement paths and ergonomic non-slip handles keep both exercises safe in unsupervised, free-access settings, and the clear space beneath the machine accepts a wheelchair directly.

Training with the BLH-1512
n
Classic lat pull down (3 x 12): pull the handles slowly down to chest level, release gently — back and shoulders. Chest press (3 x 10): push the handles forward with elbows aligned, return under control — pectorals and triceps. Combined circuit (3 cycles): a set of pulls followed immediately by a set of presses for balanced strength and endurance. Light, controlled repetitions also make the station a sound tool in progressive rehabilitation, improving posture and stabiliser strength.

Frequently asked questions
n
Why combine two exercises on one machine?
n
It gives a complete push-pull workout in half the footprint — valuable in parks and gyms where accessible space is limited — and keeps circuit flow simple for users.
n
Can two people use it at once?
n
Usage alternates between the two functions; in circuit sessions, users rotate through pull and press stations in sequence.
n
Is it appropriate for rehabilitation?
n
Yes — adjustable resistance and guided paths allow the light, controlled repetitions that progressive rehabilitation programmes require.
