Iso-lateral converging pull

Each arm is loaded and moves separately, so the two sides of the body work independently and a strength asymmetry cannot be hidden by the dominant side. The converging path brings the handles closer together through the pull, which follows the natural line of the latissimus dorsi and reduces the shoulder abduction that a straight-line machine forces at the top of the movement.
