Installation, use and care
Specify the substrate, sled and runners, intended loads and circulation space. Resistance to movement depends on the complete setup. Track width alone does not guarantee safe simultaneous lanes. Check compatibility before installing over existing rubber flooring.
Follow the relevant instructions for fixing, adhesive selection, consumption and curing time. A generic glue quantity or waiting period cannot be applied to every project. Remove dust and debris and use only compatible cleaning methods. Request the data sheet and applicable fire report.

Preparing the substrate and choosing the options
On concrete, polymer adhesive holds far better when a bonding primer has been applied beforehand and left to dry: that is the precaution which prevents edges lifting after a few months of repeated pulling. A dry double-sided adhesive tape, available in 50, 85 or 150 mm widths, can be used instead for removable installations.
Two options are available on quotation: an EVA foam underlay bonded beneath the turf, which adds underfoot comfort and reduces noise on a suspended floor or an upper level, and custom line marking (graduations, start and finish, logo) integrated in production rather than painted on site.

Turf care
Brush against the pile once a month under intensive use to lift the fibres. Remove leaves and debris to keep drainage clear. Clean water and a soft brush are enough: no chemicals, no high-pressure washing at close range.
