A 15 × 2 m track requires 30 m², giving €1,335.60 excl. VAT for supply before options, transport and installation. A price per square metre is not a price per linear metre. Confirm the cutting plan, marking and packaging before production.

Installation, use and care

Specify the substrate, sled and runners, intended loads and circulation space. Resistance to movement depends on the complete setup. Track width alone does not guarantee safe simultaneous lanes. Check compatibility before installing over existing rubber flooring.

Follow the relevant instructions for fixing, adhesive selection, consumption and curing time. A generic glue quantity or waiting period cannot be applied to every project. Remove dust and debris and use only compatible cleaning methods. Request the data sheet and applicable fire report.

The substrate is prepared before installation, not after. It must be stable, clean, dry and level enough. Existing irregularities are corrected before laying: they remain perceptible under the turf and concentrate where the sled runs. Rolling the turf out over the substrate before final fixing shows up the defects to correct.

What we do not claim. This track is designed for sled lanes, but no HYROX approval and no equivalence of behaviour with the official competition turf is claimed: no certified comparative test has been carried out. Nor do we publish a guaranteed service life for intensive commercial use, because it depends on frequency of use, loads, sled type, maintenance and installation quality.

Frequently asked questions

Does this track have numbered distances?

No. This version has a centre line only. Measure and mark training distances separately.

Can it be installed over rubber tiles?

Compatibility must be checked for both coverings, substrate stability and sled forces. Follow the applicable fixing and adhesive instructions.

How is the quantity calculated?

Multiply the chosen length by its width in metres. The reference is sold per m²; confirm the layout, width option, delivery and installation in the quote.

Can we have a lane with no seam across the full width?

Standard production width is 2 m, to keep handling and transport manageable: beyond that, widths are joined on site. A special width of up to 2.82 m in a single piece can be produced, at an extra cost quoted with the offer. Tell us the lane width you are aiming for and we will confirm what is feasible on your project.

Is this track HYROX approved?

No. It is used for sled training, including HYROX preparation, but no approval and no certified equivalence with the official competition turf is claimed, as no comparative test has been carried out. We prefer to say so before the order rather than let an equivalence be assumed.

Turf care

Brush against the pile once a month under intensive use to lift the fibres. Remove leaves and debris to keep drainage clear. Clean water and a soft brush are enough: no chemicals, no high-pressure washing at close range.
