Can it be used outdoors or on grass?

On grass or a clean synthetic surface, yes, provided the ground is checked for stones and the track is not left in direct sun at full pressure, since heat expands the air inside. On abrasive surfaces such as tarmac or gravel it will not survive; use a groundsheet.

Does 30 cm suit beginners?
