Pourquoi acheter votre Vélo elliptique professionnel chez Light In fitness

Light In Fitness supplies professional cross trainers built for intensive use in gyms, hotels, clubs and public facilities. The ranges we carry are selected on stride length, flywheel inertia mass and the availability of wear parts, because those three points decide what a machine costs you over its service life rather than on the day it is delivered.

Why the cross trainer earns its floor space

The cross trainer works the upper and the lower body at the same time. Glutes, thighs, abdominals and back muscles are all involved, and the smooth elliptical path keeps the movement continuous rather than percussive. For an operator that combination matters for a very practical reason: a single machine serves a wide range of member profiles, from a first-time user to a competitive athlete doing an interval block, so the occupancy rate stays high across the whole opening day.

Cardiovascular work without joint impact

Raising the heart rate on a machine where the feet never leave the pedals is the main argument for the cross trainer. Endurance and cardiovascular capacity improve while the joints are spared, which makes the machine suitable for beginners and for members who cannot tolerate running. In hotel gyms and in municipal facilities, where the operator has no control over who walks in and no coach on the floor, that tolerance is often what decides the purchase.

The three criteria we select on

  • Stride length. It determines whether tall and short members can both use the machine naturally. A stride that does not suit the user population produces an awkward gait and, in practice, an unused machine.
  • Flywheel inertia mass. This is what separates a smooth, quiet stride from a jerky one under load, and it is the single clearest indicator of whether a machine was designed for continuous commercial duty.
  • Availability of wear parts. Rollers, bearings, consoles and pedal arms are consumables on a machine running all day. A range with a documented spare parts supply stays on the floor. A range without one becomes a decommissioned asset.

Indoor equipment intended for professional use falls under EN ISO 20957-1 class S, and that is the class to specify for any facility open to members or to the public.

Consoles and training programmes

The machines we distribute offer a range of built-in training programmes and resistance settings, from gentle continuous work to demanding interval sessions. For an operator, the useful question is not how many programmes are listed but how quickly a member can start a session without help: a legible console and a short path to the first programme reduce the number of interruptions on the floor.

Which facilities we equip

Cross trainers from our catalogue are installed in commercial gyms, hotel and resort fitness rooms, campsite and residence facilities, corporate gyms, municipal sports centres, clubs and rehabilitation centres. The right model depends on how many hours a day the machine runs and on who uses it, which is why we quote against a floor plan rather than against a product list. The full selection sits in our professional cross trainers category, alongside the rest of our professional cardio equipment range.

Frequently asked questions

How many cross trainers should a gym plan for?

There is no universal ratio. It depends on your membership, your opening hours and the balance you want between cross trainers, treadmills and bikes. We work it out from your floor plan and your attendance profile.

Are these machines suitable for unsupervised facilities?

Yes, and that is a common use case in hotels and residences. The low-impact motion and the simple start-up sequence are what make a cross trainer workable where no instructor is present.

What about servicing and spare parts?

Wear parts availability is one of our selection criteria, not an afterthought. Ask us for the spare parts position on a specific range before you commit to it.

Getting a quotation

Tell us the type of facility, the expected daily usage and the space available, and we will come back with a cross trainer selection and a written quotation. Two models worth looking at first are the Bodytone EVOE2 professional cross trainer and the Lexco LE7 professional cross trainer. To start the conversation, request a quote.
