Description
The TITAN Olympic chest press reproduces a flat bench dumbbell press on a converging plate loaded frame with fully independent arms. Independent arms give a more balanced development of pressing power, because each side has to produce its own force rather than being carried by the stronger one. They also allow a single arm to be trained on its own, or both arms to be worked in opposition, with one side concentric while the other is eccentric, which is a loading option no fixed bar machine offers.
The handle path converges through the movement, giving a natural arc and a wider range than a parallel press. A warm up and stretching rope is built into the structure, providing a practical stretching point for the muscles the machine loads. The TITAN range is the most solid in our catalogue, designed as Olympic disc loaded equipment engineered to take heavy loads.

Independent arms on a commercial floor
Almost every lifter presses asymmetrically, and on a fixed bar the difference is invisible because the stronger side compensates. Independent arms make the asymmetry visible and correctable, which is why converging presses with separated arms have become standard in athletic preparation and in return to sport programmes after a shoulder or a pectoral injury. For a general club, the same feature simply means the machine keeps working for members whose two sides are not equal, which is most of them.
The unit occupies 150 x 120 cm and weighs 164 kg before discs. Install it on weightlifting grade rubber flooring with disc storage on both sides so plates are not carried across a circulation route, and confirm the floor build up before installing above ground level given the concentrated loaded mass. Allow entry space at the seat and enough rear clearance for a coach to stand behind the user during heavy sets.
Frequently asked questions
What does a converging trajectory change?
The handles come together as the arms extend, following the natural arc of a press rather than a straight line. The result is a longer effective range and a movement the shoulder can perform without accommodating a path it would not choose.
What is the stretching rope for?
It is integrated into the frame and gives the user a fixed point to stretch the pectorals and the anterior shoulder before and after the set, without leaving the station.
Is this a promotional price?
The current price is 2,850 EUR excluding VAT against a list price of 3,500 EUR excluding VAT, excluding delivery and installation. One quotation can cover several references for a full equipment project.
