Description
The Rock Crosstraining Bar 220 cm Limited Edition Navy Green is a 20 kg professional barbell finished in navy green Cerakote. It shares the mechanical specification of the Rock 220 platform — 28 mm shaft, bronze bushings, eight needle bearings, 205,000 to 215,000 psi tensile strength — in a restrained colourway aimed at facilities where the equipment has to look considered.
Finish as a specification decision
In a commercial box the bar rack is one of the most photographed objects in the room. A colour-consistent set of bars reads as a deliberate fit-out; a mixed rack of black, chrome and worn painted bars does not. Cerakote is what makes a colour finish viable in this context: it is a ceramic-based coating that resists abrasion far better than paint, so the bar keeps its appearance under daily loading and unloading instead of chipping at the sleeves within a season.
Mechanical specification
- Steel shaft with Cerakote coating, navy green.
- Bronze bushings with eight needle bearings for controlled, consistent rotation.
- 28 mm shaft diameter; 50 mm plate compatibility.
- Standard 1.2 mm knurl, no centre knurl, dual knurl marks.
- Tensile strength 205,000 to 215,000 psi; maximum load 680.38 kg.
Procurement notes
Limited Edition colourways are produced in defined runs. If you are equipping a rack and want colour consistency across the whole set, order the full quantity in one go rather than adding units later — a second batch may not be available in the same finish. Tell us the number of training stations and we will confirm current availability before the quotation is issued.

Frequently asked questions
How does Cerakote compare with a chrome or black-oxide finish?
Chrome is hard but can flake at the sleeves; black oxide is thin and needs oiling to prevent surface rust. Cerakote sits between them in feel and requires no oiling regime, which is why it suits a facility with no dedicated maintenance staff.
Does the coating change the grip?
The knurl is cut into the shaft before coating, so the pattern is unchanged. Cerakote gives a slightly softer feel than bare steel, which most users find comfortable over high-repetition sets.
How should the bars be stored?
Horizontally on a rack rather than standing on the sleeves, which protects both the coating and the bearing seats. Vertical storage is acceptable if the rack supports the sleeve rather than the end cap.
