Bodytone Chrome Olympic Z Bar — 120 cm, 50 mm

In brief — Bodytone Chrome Olympic Z Bar: brand Bodytone, distributed by Light In Fitness, price 109.00 € excl. VAT.

The Bodytone chrome Olympic Z bar is a 120 cm cambered curl bar with 50 mm sleeves: the classic arm-training bar whose Z-shaped profile places the wrists at a natural angle for curls and extensions, sparing joints across intensive sessions.

The classic Z geometry

On a straight bar, curls lock the wrists in full supination; the Z bar’s angled grip sections let the hands settle where the joint naturally sits. Members feel the difference within a set — less wrist strain, cleaner biceps and triceps contraction. At 120 cm, this bar offers wider grip options than short curl bars while remaining compact next to a full-length Olympic bar.

Frequently asked questions

Z bar at 120 cm or a shorter curl bar?

The 120 cm format gives more grip-width options and suits two-handed work for larger users; the shorter 86 cm biceps bar wins in cramped corners. Many facilities carry both to cover all arm-training stations.

Which exercises does it serve?

Standing and preacher curls in narrow and wide grips, plus lying and overhead triceps extensions — the core of any arm-day programming.

Is it compatible with my Olympic discs?

Yes, the 50 mm sleeves accept all standard Olympic plates, and safety end caps are included so it is ready to load on delivery.
