The posterior half of trunk training

Outdoor fitness areas almost always provide abdominal work and almost never provide lumbar work. The result is an installation that trains one side of the trunk and ignores the other, which is the imbalance most closely associated with lower back pain. This bench sets the user at 45 degrees, braces the pelvis and guides the extension, making lower-back conditioning available in an open-access setting where it normally is not.

Stainless steel care

Rinse with clean water and a soft sponge two to four times a year depending on exposure; near the sea, a quarterly rinse removes salt deposits. Never use steel wool or chlorine products, which start pitting. Surface rust marks almost always come from external iron particles and are removed with a stainless-steel cleaner.
