Description
A double punch bag frame in 316L marine-grade stainless steel taking two bags on one anchored structure. Price: 1,999 EUR excluding VAT.
Two striking stations, one foundation
Where a striking station is heavily used, the constraint is not the bag but the queue. A double frame shares one set of foundations and one ground footprint across two independent working positions, and is engineered to absorb the crossed loading of two bags being worked simultaneously at full intensity. Against two single frames it halves the civil works and the floor area.
Where it is specified
| Type of site | Main benefit |
|---|---|
| Fire and rescue services | Two personnel training at the same time |
| Boxing club | Outdoor annexe with a double position |
| Local authority | High-frequency striking station |
| Military base | Permanent paired striking work |
Bags and configuration
Each arm of the frame takes its own bag independently, so the two positions can be configured differently: a long boxing bag on one side and an MMA bag on the other covers complementary striking ranges on a single structure. Our outdoor boxing and MMA bags complete the frame into a ready-to-use station and are quoted alongside it.
Compliance and anchoring
In open-access settings, EN 16630 governs permanently installed outdoor fitness equipment. A minimum 1.50 m safety zone is required around the structure, together with an EN 1177 impact-attenuating surface beneath and around it, sized to the free height of fall. Private enclosed sites should treat the same requirements as good practice.

Frequently asked questions
Can a boxing bag and an MMA bag be hung together?
Yes. Each arm takes its bag independently, and combining a long boxing bag with an MMA bag covers complementary striking ranges on the same station.
Why stainless steel for a striking frame?
A striking frame takes repeated dynamic loading in permanent exposure, which is exactly the combination that finds a weakness in a painted finish. Stainless steel resists corrosion with no coating to maintain, and needs only periodic cleaning.
Is installation included?
We carry out the siting study, prepare the anchoring and install anywhere in France. Terms are stated on the free quotation, issued within 24 hours.
