The rotating platform mobilises trunk rotation and works the obliques gently, with no load and no impact. The movement is intuitive: a user who has never set foot in a gym understands it in a second. In open-access settings such as a municipal fitness area, a park or a school yard, EN 16630 applies, with a minimum 1.50 m safety zone and an EN 1177 impact-attenuating surface sized to the free height of fall. On private enclosed sites the same requirements remain the reference for good practice. For the landing area we recommend 40 to 65 mm rubber tiles laid bonded.

Is it suitable for older users?
Yes, and that is one of its main uses. There is no load and no impact, the movement is self-limiting, and the standing position needs no transfer to or from a seat. Care homes and residences specify it for exactly this reason.
How is the rotation maintained?
Periodic inspection of the rotation and cleaning of the platform. There is no coating to renew and no wearing part that requires scheduled replacement under normal use.
Does it need to be part of a larger installation?
