Description
This outdoor preacher curl desk is supplied in stainless steel with three pairs of dumbbells, 2 x 10 kg, 2 x 20 kg and 2 x 30 kg. Desk and weights together form a complete arm station in open access, covering the progression from beginner to experienced user.
The desk support is what makes the exercise work without supervision. Resting the upper arm on the pad fixes the elbow, which stops the swinging and hip drive that turn an unsupported curl into a back exercise. Correct execution follows from the equipment rather than from coaching, which is the only realistic approach in a public area.
Three pairs give genuine range. Ten kilograms suits a first attempt or high repetition work, twenty covers most regular users, and thirty serves trained users doing bilateral or single arm curls. Both the station and the dumbbells are executed in stainless steel for permanent open access, and maintenance is limited to cleaning and checking the storage cradles.
