Description
One hundred litres of lockable steel for the small kit that never stays where you left it.
The CR800 storage chest holds 100 litres of sports accessories: dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, straps, guards, training bibs and conditioning accessories. In a gym, a cross-training box, a studio, a club or on an outdoor fitness area, it brings the small kit together in one place and puts it under lock and key between sessions. Built in France from pressed steel, it absorbs daily collective use without complaint.
Materials and construction
The shell is pressed steel finished in grey RAL 7021, a colour that hides scuffs far better than a pale finish in a busy equipment room. Two carrying handles sit on non-removable mounting plates, so they stay put even when two people lift a loaded chest. The reinforced hinges include a 95-degree opening stop, which keeps the lid clear of the wall and of whoever is loading it.
Locking and everyday handling
Closure is by a padlock hasp, so you set the level of security the room actually needs. A 30 mm brass padlock is available separately in the storage chest accessories range. Dedicated accessories also make the chest mobile or raised depending on your layout: castor tray, castor set, galvanised feet, intermediate stacking tray or carrying strap according to model. This kind of metal chest is also known as a site box, and it is just as much at home in a workshop or a plant room as in a sports hall.

Frequently asked questions
Is a padlock supplied with the chest?
No. The chest is fitted with a padlock hasp and you choose the padlock. A 30 mm brass padlock supplied with three keys is listed separately, which lets a club key several chests alike or keep them independent.
Can two chests be stacked?
Yes, and an intermediate tray sized for the CR800 stabilises the stack while adding a second storage level inside the chest. Trays are listed by chest size in the accessories range.
Is 50 kg the weight of the chest or the load it carries?
Fifty kilograms is the payload, that is the maximum contents. The empty chest itself weighs 13.6 kg.
Can it be left outdoors?
It is designed for storage rooms and indoor equipment areas, and it is used on outdoor fitness areas during sessions. For permanent exposure to the weather, tell us the site conditions so we can confirm the right configuration rather than guess it.
