This 30 mm brass padlock locks a storage chest, a canteen trunk, a locker or any storage unit fitted with a hasp or a padlockable rod. It is the small line on the order that decides whether the kit is still there on Monday morning.

Material and keys

The body is solid brass, which resists corrosion including in damp environments: pool plant rooms, outdoor equipment stores and unheated sheds are exactly where a plated steel padlock seizes after a winter. The trunks close with a drilled rod of 6.5 mm diameter. Check that the shackle of your chosen padlock passes through that hole before ordering in quantity; tell us the chest or trunk reference on your request and we will confirm the pairing.

Can several padlocks share one key?

Keyed-alike sets are a common request for facilities that want one master key per store room. It is not a standard configuration on this reference, so ask before ordering rather than assuming it.
