Description
The Bodytone Solid Grow SG32 combines a biceps curl station and a triceps extension station on a single plate-loaded frame, with a recommended maximum load of 47 kg on 50 mm Olympic plates. It gives space-conscious facilities complete arm training in one compact footprint.
Two arm exercises, one machine
The SG32 is a dual station: one side is configured for biceps curls, the other for triceps extensions, each with its own controlled movement path. Members move from pulling to pushing work without changing machines, and coaches can program supersets on a single piece of equipment. Both heads of the arm musculature are covered: the biceps brachii on the curl post and the triceps brachii on the extension post.
Who it is designed for
Solid Grow is the accessible plate-loaded line from Bodytone, the Spanish strength equipment manufacturer distributed in France by Light In Fitness. The SG32 is aimed at small and mid-sized gyms, independent coaching studios and premium home gyms where floor space is the limiting factor: two exercises on one chassis halve the footprint of separate arm machines.
Practical loading advice
The machine is delivered without plates and accepts standard 50 mm Olympic discs. As with the rest of the Solid Grow range, plan roughly a 50 kg plate set per machine so both posts can be loaded without stripping other stations.

Frequently asked questions
Can two people train on the SG32 at the same time?
The station offers two distinct working posts. Depending on your floor layout and supervision policy, they can be used alternately by one member for supersets or shared during circuit formats; ask our team for layout advice for your space.
Are the weight plates included?
No. The SG32 accepts standard 50 mm Olympic plates, which are quoted separately. We recommend budgeting around 50 kg of plates for this machine.
Why choose a dual station rather than two machines?
Floor space and budget: one frame covers the complete biceps and triceps work of two dedicated machines, which is decisive for boutique gyms, coaching studios and home gyms.
