Turnkey projects
Most orders above a single machine are handled as a project rather than a shipment. The sequence is always the same.
| Stage | What happens | Typical lead time |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Brief and audit | Surface area, ceiling height, floor loading, access constraints, number of stations, budget | Same week |
| 2. Layout and quotation | 2D or 3D layout, equipment list, itemised quotation | Within 24 business hours for the quotation |
| 3. Supply | Manufacturing or stock allocation, colour and upholstery options | 5 to 10 working days from stock |
| 4. Delivery and installation | Kerbside or in room delivery, assembly, flooring laid before equipment | By appointment |
| 5. After sales | Spare parts, maintenance visits, technical support | Warranty from 2 to 5 years depending on range |
Standards and compliance
Compliance is part of the specification, not an option. Indoor fitness equipment is supplied to EN 957, outdoor fitness equipment to EN 16630, playgrounds to EN 1176 and EN 1177, with ASTM F3101 available where a project requires it. Stainless steel outdoor ranges are supplied in 316L grade for coastal and high humidity sites. Technical files, declarations of conformity and specification wording for tender documents are provided on request.
Delivery and export
Standard delivery covers France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg. Shipments to the rest of Europe and to export markets are quoted per project, including palletised freight and container loads. Our rigs and outdoor machines are already installed on three continents, so export documentation, packing and installation guidance are part of the normal workflow rather than an exception.
Frequently asked questions
Do you sell to businesses only?
Our range is designed for professional and intensive use, and most customers are gyms, hotels, public bodies and clubs. Demanding private buyers are welcome, with the same equipment and the same warranty terms.
How fast can I get a quotation?
Within 24 business hours in most cases. A useful brief includes the surface area, the number of training stations, the floor type and any access constraints such as stairs, lift dimensions or delivery windows.
Can you handle a project outside France?
Yes. Equipment is shipped across Europe and beyond, and several rigs and outdoor installations have been delivered internationally. Freight, customs documentation and installation are priced per project.
What happens if a part fails in three years?
Spare parts are stocked for the ranges we distribute, and technical support is handled directly by our team in Tours. Warranty runs from 2 to 5 years depending on the range, with extensions available on steel structures.
