Description
The luxury outdoor Olympic power rack combines a full four upright stainless steel cage with an integrated weightlifting platform, making it the complete strength station of the outdoor range. Squat, bench press, pull-ups and Olympic lifts are all covered on a single installation. Free weight work is secured between the uprights, with barbell catches at several heights, while the high fixed bar adds pull-ups and hanging work and the built-in platform takes deadlifts and the clean and jerk. The list price is 8,999 EUR excluding VAT.
The whole assembly is executed in stainless steel for permanent exposure: no surface treatment to renew, and maintenance limited to cleaning and checking the fixings. It is sized for intensive professional use, whether the site is open access or supervised.

Putting a genuine strength station outdoors
Most outdoor strength equipment is a lightened version of what a gym floor carries. This rack is not: it is an indoor specification power rack built in a material that tolerates being left outside. That distinction matters for military bases, fire stations and physical preparation centres, where the training programme is written around barbell work and cannot be adapted to whatever the outdoor catalogue happens to offer.
The integrated platform is the piece that makes barbell work viable outdoors. It defines the working zone, protects the ground when loaded bars are dropped, and provides a stable, flat bearing surface for deadlifts and Olympic lifts, which a paved or turfed area cannot. Around it, plan the EN 16630 safety zone of at least 1.50 m and an impact absorbing surface to EN 1177 sized on the free fall height where access is unsupervised. Bonded rubber gym flooring tiles of 40 to 65 mm are the usual solution.
Typical buyers are military and emergency service sites needing a permanently available strength station, municipalities building the strength zone of a structuring sports ground, and boxes and clubs adding an outdoor annexe that meets indoor standards. Bumper plates and Olympic barbells can be quoted alongside the rack.
Frequently asked questions
What is the integrated weightlifting platform for?
It marks out the working area, protects the ground surface when loaded barbells are dropped, and gives a stable flat base for deadlifts and Olympic movements. Without it, heavy barbell work outdoors damages both the ground and the bar.
Are barbells and plates supplied with the rack?
They are quoted separately, so the loading can be matched to the user profile of the site. Olympic barbells and bumper plates suited to outdoor use are available from the same quotation.
What are the overall dimensions and the installation requirements?
Dimensions, the anchor bolt setting out and the concrete foundation detail are supplied with the free site layout study. Light In Fitness has manufactured in Tours since 2013, installs throughout France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, and returns quotations within 24 working hours.
