Description
This outdoor Olympic squat rack is supplied in stainless steel with its own weightlifting platform. It concentrates the three fundamental strength movements, squat, press and deadlift, on the most compact footprint in the outdoor strength range.
The rack receives the bar at several heights for squatting and pressing, while the integrated platform takes the deadlift and floor based movements. That pairing is what makes the station self sufficient: without a platform, deadlifts either damage the surface or are simply not performed, and the strength offer of the area is incomplete.
Stainless steel handles permanent exposure with no refinishing, and the compact format allows several posts to be installed on the same training floor or a constrained site to be equipped at all. For a box or a club, multiplying squat stations is usually a better investment than a single larger structure, because squatting is where the queue forms.

Who specifies a compact outdoor squat post
Training boxes and clubs use it to multiply squat stations on an outdoor floor. Fire and military barracks install it for fundamental strength work in the open air, where indoor space is limited and training happens in shifts. Municipalities create a compact local strength zone. Hotels and residences add a premium strength post on a small area.
In open access the rack falls under EN 16630, with a peripheral safety zone of at least 1.50 metres and an EN 1177 compliant impact attenuating surface dimensioned to the free fall height; on enclosed private sites those requirements remain best practice. Light In Fitness recommends its 40 to 65 mm impact attenuating tiles in bonded installation around the platform. Manufacturer and distributor in Tours since 2013, we include a free layout study, delivery, installation by our own teams and a professional warranty with every project.
Frequently asked questions
Is the barbell supplied with the rack?
The rack is supplied with its platform. Bars and plates are quoted separately so the specification can be matched to the discipline practised on site.
Can several racks be installed side by side?
Yes, and that is a common configuration for a box or a barracks. Spacing between posts is set during the layout study so that the safety zones and the platform areas remain compliant.
Does the platform sit on the existing ground?
The platform is installed as part of the anchoring works, on foundations or on a suitable existing slab. Our technical team specifies the preparation with the quotation.
