The CAN800 metal storage trunk takes kit and bibs, balls, cones, agility ladders, race numbers, guards and conditioning accessories. On site or on the road, for tournaments, training camps and events, it protects your equipment inside a pressed steel shell manufactured in France.

Stacking, closing, carrying

Welded reinforcing sections on the lid and on the base let several trunks be stacked squarely in the storeroom instead of leaning against a wall. The lid is held open at 95 degrees by a retaining cable, and closure is by a drilled 6.5 mm diameter rod that accepts a padlock, so kit stays under key. Two handles on non-removable mounting plates make a two-person carry straightforward, and the 30 kg payload keeps a loaded trunk realistic to lift.

Materials and use

Pressed steel sheet, grey RAL 7021, made in France. The format was designed for team sports and clubs that move equipment regularly: one trunk per discipline or per age group keeps a season organised and makes an inventory check quick before departure.

Is the trunk supplied with a padlock?

No. The closure is a drilled rod of 6.5 mm diameter and takes the padlock of your choice, which lets clubs standardise on one key across the whole storeroom.

Is it suitable for transport in a minibus or a trailer?

Yes, that is what the format is for. Keep to the 30 kg payload so a loaded trunk stays liftable by two people, and stack squarely so the load does not shift in transit.

Which is better for a club, the trunk or the chest?

The trunk travels and stacks; the chest stays put and takes a heavier 50 kg payload. Many clubs run both: chests in the storeroom, trunks for away fixtures.

How is it cleaned?

Wipe down with water and a neutral detergent, then dry. Avoid solvents on the paint finish and let the trunk dry open after outdoor use before closing and stacking it.
