Description
The Bodytone PT1 power tube is the medium resistance of the three-tube range — the versatile default of group classes, at 9.50 EUR excluding VAT. Green-coded, with two ergonomic handles on an elastic tube, it covers rows, presses and rotations for beginner-to-intermediate participants, with no installation of any kind.
The class default resistance
In mixed-population group formats, one resistance has to work for most of the room. That is the PT1’s job: enough tension to load rows, presses and rotational patterns meaningfully for beginners and intermediates, without overwhelming technique. The handled format keeps grip position fixed and comfortable, so choreographed sequences stay clean at class tempo.
