Description
The Bodytone GA1 rubber resistance trainer with handles — medium density — is the class workhorse of choreographed strengthening, at 6.50 EUR excluding VAT. Rows, presses and shoulder work in guided series, with a resistance calibrated for the majority of group-class participants and no installation of any kind.
Built for choreographed series
In a strengthening class, the resistance tool has to follow the choreography: grabbed in a second, held comfortably for full tracks, safe at speed. The handled rubber elastic answers all three — the handles fix the grip, the elastic follows every plane of movement, and there is nothing to anchor or adjust before the track starts. Its core uses:
- Rows and pulling patterns in guided series
- Presses and overhead work at class tempo
- Shoulder-focused strengthening and postural tracks
Medium density: the majority setting
The GA1 is the lighter of the two densities in the range, and the one that fits most participants: gentle strengthening formats, mixed-level classes and members returning to training.
