Description
The Bodytone GOLDEN BOY is a premium 20 kg Olympic barbell in competition format, with a gold and black finish. It is aimed at high end gyms, performance studios and demanding athletes who want a technically capable bar that also does something for the look of the platform.
The specification follows competition standards. The bar is 2200 mm long at 20 kg, with a 28 mm grip diameter and sleeves sized for Olympic plates of 50 mm bore. Eight high precision bearings deliver the sleeve rotation that matters on the snatch and the clean and jerk, where the bar has to turn freely under the hands as it is received. Specifying bars for a professional platform
