Description
The Apple spring rocker is a fruit-themed toddler item for play areas that want colour without another animal figure. The rounded body is cut from weather-resistant HDPE panel, carried on a single central spring, and fitted with ergonomic plastic handles sized for small hands.

Installation and siting
The anchor is cast into a 0.6 m foundation and the whole item can be installed by two people with a mini excavator. Its small safety area makes it easy to place in school gardens, orchard-themed squares, market place play corners and the toddler zone of a larger playground.
Maintenance
HDPE does not need repainting and cleans with water and a mild detergent. Periodic checks cover the spring, the fixing bolts and the handles, within the routine, operational and annual inspection regime set out in EN 1176.
Frequently asked questions
Will the colour fade outdoors?
The body is a weather-resistant HDPE panel rather than a printed film, so the colour runs through the material and normal weathering does not expose a different substrate underneath.
Is it suitable for a creche with children under three?
The stated age range starts at 0 with adult supervision. For a creche we usually specify the fruit and animal models together, because the low seat height and the fitted handles suit the youngest users better than the vehicle profiles.
Can several rockers be bought as a themed set?
