Ziva Fitness Equipment: A Supplier Guide for Clubs

Choosing a brand for a commercial training floor is not a question of marketing: it is a question of how the equipment behaves after two years of group classes. Ziva is one of the ranges Light In Fitness supplies to professional operators, and this guide sets out what the range actually covers, which rooms it suits and how a project is quoted.

What Light In Fitness supplies under the Ziva name

Light In Fitness distributes the Ziva brand across the free-weight and cross-training categories. In practice that means dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, barbells, plates, and the racks and rigs the rest of the room is built around. It is a coherent family rather than a catalogue of unrelated items, which matters when a gym wants the same finish, the same knurling and the same colour coding across every station.

Ziva sits in the premium segment of cross-training equipment. The finish is careful and the build quality is commercial, which is the level required when the same kettlebell is picked up several hundred times a week by people who did not buy it.

Where the range fits on a gym floor

Three rooms make particular sense for this range.

• Cross-training boxes, where the Ziva rigs and racks define the training area and everything else is organised around them.
• Free-weight areas in commercial clubs, where professional kettlebells and dumbbells take constant handling and have to keep their finish.
• Strength and conditioning rooms in clubs, academies and rehabilitation centres, where Olympic barbells and plates are the core of the programme.

All of it is indoor professional equipment, so the relevant reference for the strength stations is EN ISO 20957-1 class S, the professional class. That is the level a facility should be specifying whenever equipment is used by members rather than by a single owner.

Why operators standardise on one range

Standardising a floor around a single family has three practical effects. Spare parts and accessories stay compatible, so a repair does not turn into a redesign. Coaching is simpler, because every station adjusts the same way. And the room reads as one space rather than a collection of purchases, which is what members notice first.

The counterpart is that the range has to be broad enough to cover the whole floor. That is precisely why the free-weight items and the rigs are worth considering together rather than one order at a time.

How a Ziva project is quoted

A professional quotation covers more than the equipment. Light In Fitness quotes the range with delivery, installation and after-sales support included, so the figure you compare is the figure that puts the room into service. For any project outside our home market, delivery and installation terms are confirmed per country before the order is placed, and the lead time given in the quotation is the one that applies to your site.

What we need from you to build that quotation is short: the floor plan with dimensions and ceiling height, the number of members or athletes at peak, the disciplines you programme, and the date the room has to open.

Frequently asked questions

Is Ziva suitable for a hotel or corporate gym?

Yes, and it is often over-specified for those settings in the best sense: the equipment is built for box-level use, so a lower-traffic room simply gets a longer service life. The selection is usually narrower, focused on dumbbells, kettlebells and a compact rack.

Can Ziva be combined with other brands on the same floor?

It can, and most projects do combine ranges. The usual approach is to keep one family per zone, so that adjustment, accessories and visual identity remain consistent where users move between stations.

What about accessories and consumables later on?

Ask for the accessory and spare-part list at quotation stage rather than after installation. Attachment compatibility on rigs is the point where mixed purchasing costs the most time.
