Frequently asked questions
Do you deliver to rural parts of the region?
Yes. We cover the region in full, including rural areas, small communes and isolated sites.
Is your equipment suitable for buildings open to the public?
Yes. Our equipment is certified to the applicable European standards and is used by local authorities, schools, medical centres and hotels. The regulatory framework for publicly accessible buildings is set nationally, so the documentation package is prepared for the country of installation.
Can the equipment be customised?
Yes. Colours, logos, finishes and specific modules: we adapt equipment to your visual identity or to your technical constraints.
What are the usual lead times?
For delivery within Burgundy-Franche-Comté, standard equipment is generally delivered within five to ten days. Bespoke products, or large volumes, are quoted with a specific lead time. We do not extend those figures to deliveries outside the region; ask us and we will confirm the lead time for your site.
