This 1000 x 480 x 180 mm wheeled tray makes your storage chest mobile without modifying it in any way: the chest simply sits on top of the tray and is then rolled between the zones of a gym, a studio or an equipment room. No drilling, no bracket, no permanent fixing.

Load capacity and everyday use

The tray carries up to 250 kg evenly distributed, loaded chest included. That headroom matters: a chest filled with cast iron reaches its own payload limit long before the tray reaches its own, so the assembly stays within its rating in normal use. Load the chest evenly rather than concentrating the weight at one end, and the tray keeps rolling straight.

Compatibility

Designed for the CR1000, CR1000B, CR1048 and CR1048B storage chests. Check your chest reference against that list before ordering: a chest with a different footprint will overhang the tray and lose the stability the format is built for.

No. The chest rests on the tray and is moved as one unit. Nothing is drilled or bolted, so the chest can be lifted off again at any time.

Will it fit any storage chest?

Only the references listed above. The tray measures 1000 x 480 mm; a chest with different base dimensions will not be supported across its full footprint.

Is 250 kg the limit for the tray or for the whole assembly?

It is the load capacity of the tray, evenly distributed, and it includes the weight of the chest itself and everything inside it.

Can it be used on its own, without a chest?

Nothing prevents it, as a general-purpose rolling base within the same 250 kg limit, but the format and the height are designed for the chests it is matched to.
