Focus your lower back as much as possible with the new Seated Row from Etenon Fitness. A selectorized machine focused on developing and working the back area. This machine has been ergonomically created to provide natural, fluid movement, maximizing the effectiveness of exercises specifically targeting the lats and lower back. Its unique design allows rowing exercises to be performed with a low angle, both bilaterally and unilaterally, which gives the user the possibility of working focused on the dorsal part and, secondly, on the lumbar area.
